How can I find peer reviewed articles?

Answer

You can filter to peer reviewed journals on the library search, using the "peer-reviewed journals" filter in the "refine your results" list on the left-hand side of the page:

You can also go to the website of the journal you are looking at, and look for a page entitled something like "about this journal", or "author submission guidelines". Information about any peer review process should be available here.

Further Guidance

Have a look at this "Think Check Submit" guide for an overview of what "peer review" means, and some useful further guidance on how you can assess whether a journal is trustworthy.

Remember that an article having been peer reviewed does not necessarily mean that it is reliable. Have a look at the library's "Evaluating Information Sources" tutorial for further guidance on how to effectively evaluate the quality of any information you find.
