Can students borrow recording equipment from the Forum Digital MakerSpace?
Yes, students borrow recording equipment from the Forum Digital MakerSpace (DMS), including cameras, microphones, and tripods.
You can find the list of loanable equipment at the Forum Digital Maker Space libguide.
To request a loan please email library@exeter.ac.uk including what items you would like to loan and when you would like to collect them. As the DMS is a teaching space we require 24 hours notice for equipment loans.
Loans are for two weeks at a time, with equipment collected from either the Forum or St Luke's library service desk, if you wish to collect from the St Luke's library please note this in your request.
Ensure you bring your unicard with you when collecting the equipment, and that returns are made at our enquiry desks, not using the book dropbox, as this may result in the equipment being damaged.
