Why am I seeing a "We can't find the book you're looking for..." error message when I try to access a Kortext e-textbook?
This error usually occurs either because:
- You have attempted to access a Kortext e-textbook to which we do not (yet) have access; or
- There is a more serious underlying problem with your Kortext account.

If you ever see this error message, first try accessing another Kortext e-textbook. If you see the error message on one e-textbook but not another, there is probably just a problem with that one title. Get in touch and let us know which title is not working and we'll liaise with Kortext to ensure that our access to the title you require is correctly activated.
If you see this error message every time you try to access a Kortext e-textbook, try clearing your browser cookies in the first instance and then refreshing or reloading the error page to open the Kortext e-textbook. Alternatively, try opening the link in a new private or incognito window and then logging into Kortext again. There is some really helpful guidance on clearing browser cache and cookies on Exeter IT's website.
