Why am I seeing an "Your account is not enabled..." error message when I try to access Kortext?
This message usually appears when you click the link through to Kortext from the Access Your Library box on your module ELE page. Ordinarily you would be directed to your Kortext Bookshelf, but you will instead see this message:

Students should not be using this link to access Kortext as it will always display this error message. Instead, you can access all your module readings (including those on Kortext) via your electronic reading list or Library Search. If you do see this error message after having clicked a link through to Kortext in ELE, just get in touch and let us know which module ELE page you were on and we will remove the link from view to avoid confusion.
